Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At PrimeGate Document Clearing FZLLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality professional services. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing any service.

1. Nature of Services

All services offered by PrimeGate Document Clearing FZLLC are professional document clearing and business services delivered digitally or in person in the UAE. As these are service-based offerings, the following policy applies.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation of your service order within 24 hours of placing your order, provided that work on your request has not yet commenced. To cancel, please contact us immediately at primegate44@gmail.com or call +971 050 183 9725.

Once work has commenced on your service request, cancellations will not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet been initiated or processed.
  • A cancellation request was submitted within 24 hours of the order.
  • The service could not be completed due to reasons solely attributable to PrimeGate Document Clearing FZLLC.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Services where processing has already begun with government authorities or third parties.
  • Government fees, visa fees, or any third-party charges paid on your behalf.
  • Services completed and delivered as requested.

5. Returns

As all our offerings are professional services (not physical products), returns do not apply. If you are dissatisfied with a delivered service, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Disputes

Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations will be handled in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
