  1. Services PrimeGate Document Clearing FZLLC provides professional document clearing, company formation, visa processing, license renewal, Emirates ID, and attestation services in the UAE. All services are digital/professional in nature; no physical goods are shipped.

  2. Payment Full payment is required before service commencement. All prices are in AED unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable once the service process has been initiated with the relevant government authority.

  3. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations must be requested before submission to any government body. Once submitted, fees paid for government charges are non-refundable. Service fees may be partially refunded at the company's discretion.

  4. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate, complete, and valid documents. PrimeGate is not liable for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

  5. Turnaround Time Estimated processing times are indicative only and depend on government authority timelines. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

  6. Limitation of Liability PrimeGate's liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.

  7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
